Developmental tasks to be carried out with funds of Pyidaungsu Hluttaw

Developmental tasks will be carried out in 16 wards in Pyigyidagaun Township, Mandalay Region a fund of Pyidaungsu Hluttaw, according to MP U Zaw Maung Maung of Regional Hluttaw and member of township development implementation committee.

 

Construction of 26 concrete bridges, one gravel road, seven concrete roads and five drainages, totaling 39 will be undertaken with K 100 million allocated by Pyidaungsu Hluttaw. As the first phase, K 50 million was handed over to development implementation committees in wards. K 20 million will be disbursed for the second time and the remaining K 30 million will be disbursed during and after the construction. 

 

In 2017-2018 FY, five concrete roads, 26 concrete bridges and 28 drainages were constructed in Pyigyidagun Township with a fund of K 100 million of the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw. In 2016-2017 FY, construction of five concrete roads, 22 concrete bridges, three drainages, water distribution and one water tank were carried out, according to the records.
