A ceremony to open a capacity building training course for civil servants was held at the meeting room of the Department Rural Development under Ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development in Nay Pyi Taw this morning.
First of all, Director-General of DRD U Thein Lwin gave an opening speech and clarified the purpose of the course.
The five-day training course which runs from October 25 to 29 is being attended by 26 civil servants from Department of Rural Development in Nay Pyi Taw.—Than Lwin(Magway)
