Bago Region honors outstanding students in matriculation exam in 2021-2022 Academic year

A ceremony to honor outstanding students who passed with distinctions in 2021-2022 Academic year’s examination was held at the town hall of Bago in Bago Region on 4 July.

 

First of all, students from No.(3) B.E.H.S in the Town of Bago performed a song. Then, chairman of the Region Chief Minister U Myo Shwe Win delivered an opening speech. This was followed by the presentation of prizes to the student who passed with distinctions by officials. Afterward, CM and officials cordially greeted the students who passed matriculation examination in this year. 

 

A total of 27123 students sit for the matriculation exams in Bago Region in 2021-2022 Academic year. Out of them, 12500 students passed the examination including four students who passed with six distinctions, 25 students who passed with five distinctions, 76 students who passed with four distinctions, 384 students who passed with three distinctions, 574 students who passed with two distinctions and 4345 students who passed with one distinction. In addition, a total of 7092 matriculation students in the region passed with ordinary level.

 

Bago Region registered a pass rate of matriculation examination at 46.09 percent in the 2021-2022 Academic year.—Tin Soe(Bago)
