Under the supervision of the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism, foreign and domestic tourists have been visiting Myanmar through different modes of transport to enjoy well-known destinations, beautiful sceneries and a diverse range of cultures and traditions of local tribes in Myanmar.
With the arrangement of True Wind Co. Ltd, four tourist including one tourist from Belgium, two from Britain, one from Australia entered Myanmar via the Kawthoung-115 kyun-Nyaungwi Kyun-Ngaman Kyun-Kyunphilakyun-khayinkhuakyun-Saytankyun-Kawthoung route by True Wind yacht from January 8-14 this year.
With the arrangement of Freepier Yachting Co. Ltd, eight tourists including three tourist from Germany, one from France, three from Switzerland and one from Australia entered Myanmar via the Kawthoung-115 kyun-Nyaungwi Kyun-Ngaman Kyun-Kyunphilakyun-khayinkhuakyun-Saytankyun-Kawthoung route by Meta IV yacht from January 11-16 this year.
The number of tourists visiting Myanmar has been on the increase in the open season owing to the emergence of new tourist destinations and sweeping reforms.—MDN
