Seikphyu, 10 August
One man was killed and one other sustained severe injuries after a car overturned in Seikphyu Township, Magway Region.
The fatal accident occurred near an approach to the Anawrahta Bridge in Seikphyu Towsship when a Canter can with four people aboard crashed into a concrete post after the driver lost control of the car. The driver identified as Myo Thiha, 23, was pronounced dead on the spot and another man named Yan Aung Kyaw was seriously injured in the accident.
The injured is said to be in the life-threatening situation and the motorist was taken action over reckless driving by the local police.
