Myanmar National League II: Junior Lions trounce Yaw Myay FC

Junior Lions FC secured a huge 11-0 win over Yaw Myay FC in the Week-7 match of the MPT Myanmar National League II 2020, played yesterday at the Padonmar Stadium in Yangon.


Junior Lions have fared well in the league and managed to create solid scoring opportunities in yesterday’s match.


Junior Lions got their opening goal at 10 minutes, and the goal was scored by youth player Nyi Nyi.


The second goal for Junior Lions was scored by Wai Yan Soe at 13 minutes.


Zaw Win Thein scored the third goal for the team at 17 minutes, and the fourth goal was scored by Nyi Nyi at 24 minutes.


Again, Zaw Win Thein scored the fifth goal at 32 minute.


Nyi Nyi scored the sixth goal at 41 minutes.


Junior Lions led the first half of the match by 6-0.


The second half was again dominated by Junior Lions, with players eager for more goals.


Taking advantage of weaknesses in the defense line of Yaw Myay FC, Junior Lion’s Zaw Win Thein scored the seventh goal for the team at 53 minutes.


Nyi Nyi scored the eighth goal for Junior Lions at 54 minutes.


Zaw Win Thein scored the ninth goal at 60 minutes, and Nyi Nyi scored the tenth goal at 63 minutes.


Lamin Htwe scored the eleventh goal at 68 minutes.


After the big victory, Junior Lions FC is standing first on the standing table of the MNL II. The team has won all six matches it has played so far, garnering 18 points.
