At least 88 injured in S.Korean high-rise fire

At least 88 people have been hospitalized for smoke inhalation after a fire spread through a high-rise building in the South Korean city of Ulsan.

Public broadcaster KBS reported that several hundred people were evacuated from the 33-story residential and commercial building when the fire broke out on Thursday night. At least 88 people were taken to hospital for smoke inhalation.

Footage shows the building engulfed in flames. The blaze reportedly started on the 12th floor.

Firefighters are searching for people who might still be in the building. Interior and Safety Minister Chin Young plans to inspect the site.
