Health awareness on prevention of coronavirus was conducted at Northern Ward in Mese Township, Bawlakhae District, Kayah State this morning.
First, Township Medical Officer from Dr. Aung Zaw Tun urged the attendees to avoid crowding, to wash hands, to maintain social distancing and to inform the Department of Public Health when facing coughing, getting illness and breathing difficulties.
In addition, he also said that local people need to abide by the instructions guided by the Ministry of Health and Sports and the executive order issued by the local government to prevent and control the spread of coronavirus. Then, the officials provided masks with the attendees.
