The township education officer inspected construction of an extended facility in the compound of a middle school in Htanpinchaing Village in Natmauk Township, Magway Region on December 29.
“The new school structure is being built on a self-reliant basis. The school was upgraded to a middle school (branch) from a primary school. With a view to helping children learn their education in a convenient manner, the new school facility is built in consultation with members of the school board of trustees,” said U Aung Min, a village elder.
The school will measure 60 ft. in length and 30 ft. in width and will be built at a cost of 15 million kyats allocated in the current fiscal year under the Union Budget.
