A ceremony to wrap up vocational electric welding course, organized by the Township Department of Rural Development was held at the meeting room of the DRD in Kyauggon Township, Ayeyarwady Region on 27 September.
On the occasion, Chairman of the Township Administration Council U Myo Win Shein and an official from the Township Cooperative Department delivered the concluding speeches. Afterwards, an official from the Township DRD clarified the purpose of the training course, and called on the trainees to practically apply the lessons learned in the training course to generate more income in their families.
The ten-day training course was attended by 20 trainees from ten villages and wards in the Township, according to an official from the Township DRD.
With a view to creating job opportunities for rural people, the Township Department of Rural Development organized a welding training course starting from September 8 to 27 in Kyaunggon Township, Ayeyarwady Region yesterday.—Tay Zar Lin
