THE Department of Public Health and Department of Medical Services of the Ministry of Health and Sports distribute three million COVID-19 vaccines, which were received from China, to Nay Pyi Taw Council Area, regions and states depending on the priority vaccination plans and groups as per the instructions of the State Administration Council.
The officials delivered 16,000 vaccines to Nay Pyi Taw Council, 24,000 vaccines to Bago Region and 40,000 vaccines to Ayeyawady Region until yesterday.
They will keep providing the vaccines to the rest regions/ states. The vaccines will be also transported with the help of Tatmadaw (Air) and Myanmar National Airlines the remote regions by different modes of transport such as road or air. — MNA
