The Department of Road Management is conducting the rural road development in the town of Shanywathit in Hpa-an District, Kayin State.
The approach is being conducted with K 69.6 million allocated by capital of the State, the retaining wall which is 61 meter in length and 3.66 meter in height is being built with K 69.6 million and another retaining wall which is 470 meter in length is being conducted with K 62.4 million.
Upon completion, it will prevent from riverbank erosion and the drainage system will be better, according to an official from the Department.
