Construction of concrete road in Laukkai Twsp. completed 100%

Construction works of a concrete road in Namhhuhtan Village, Laukkai Township in Shan Sate (North) has been fully completed.

 

A concrete road measuring 600 ft. in length, 12 ft. in width and six inches in thickness is being built by spending  Ks. 13 million including Ks. 13 million of DRD’s allotted funds in 2019-2020 FY and Ks. 3.7 million donated by local people, according to an official from DRD.

 

Officials from the Department of Rural Development led by Assistant Director U Thant Zin Myo looked into progress for construction of a concrete road in Namhhuhtan Village, Laukkain Township in Shan State this morning. 

 

During the inspections, U Thant Zin Myo stressed the importance of quality construction and maintenance.—Nyein Thu
