Well-wishers donated cash to “We Love Bago Charity Organization”, a philanthropic group formed to contribute cash to purchase covid-19 vaccines in Bago.
Thiha Thudhamma Theingi Thiri Thudhamma Daw Hla Kyi and family donated 50 million kyats, U Tin Soe+Daw Than Than Mu, 10 million kyats, U Tin Maung Naing, 10 million kyats, U Saw Han+Daw Khin San Yu, 5 million kyats, U Win+Daw Hla Hla Win, 2 million kyats, Ko Paw Thin Oo+Ma Lin Lin Wai, 3 million kyats, Hantharwady Times News Journal, one million kyats, retired headmistress Daw Oo and pupils, one million kyats, U Than Tun+Daw Nyunt Nyunt Win, one million kyats, Daw Aye Thein and her siblings, 1.1 million kyats, U Win Htike Oo+Daw Mu Mu Myint one million kyats, Dr Zaw Naing+Daw Myint Myint Wai, one million kyats, and a local social organization, 500,000 kyats to officials from We Love Bago Charity Organization who returned certificates of honour to the donors.
Donations to the charitable organization will be sent back to the Bago Region government to purchase virus vaccine, which will be purchased by the government.
