Rural road built in Sedoktaya Twsp to help people uplift socioeconomic status

The Department of Rural Development has built an inter-village road in Sedoktaya Township, Magway Region to help rural people transport their products smoothly and use the road in all seasons and the construction tasks have been cent percent completed.
    

The earthen type rural road is 6 miles and two furlongs long, 16 ft. wide. It was built by a private construction company at a cost of K 104.194 million allotted by the local government in the current fiscal year. Construction works of the road began on February 2 and the project has been finished.
    

Local people from four villages will be able to use the road in all seasons, thereby contributing to export their products to the market in a convenient manner, said an official from the DRD.
