16-bedded traditional hospital in Gyobingauk Twsp diverted into coronavirus treatment facility

Necessary arrangements are being made at a 16-bedded traditional medicine hospital in Gyobingauk Township, Bago Region to accommodate the coronavirus-positive patients.
    

A coronavirus-positive patient was found in Gyobingauk Township on September 18. Since then, the traditional hospital was diverted into a facility that will house and cure the virus positive patients, according to an official from the township public hospital. The hospital will accept 15 coronavirus patients.


Arrangements to turn the hospital into a virus-treatment facility were carried out by employees from the General Administration Department, Fire Services Department and the township development affairs committee.
