A ceremony to drive stake for construction of the Dhamayone and men’s nursing home of Shwe Maung Aung Kabar nursing home was organized at the plot where the Dhamayone and men’s nursing home will be built in ward-5 in the town of Tangyan, Lahsio District, Shan State (North) this morning.
At the event, Station Commander of the town of Tangyan Col. Khun Aung Thwin and military officers, deputy Administrator U Wei Moe Oo, departmental officials, donors and Buddhist monks attended the ceremony and drove the stakes at the designated places of the construction sites and sprinkled the scented water on it.
The Dhamayone(community hall) measuring 72 ft. in length and 48 ft. in width, and the men’s nursing home measuring 90 ft. in length and 36 ft. in width were donated by well-wishers.—Min Lwin Oo, IPRD
