Safe distancing measures introduced in Gangaw

As part of efforts to prevent the horrible Covid-19 from spreading, officials from the township Development Affairs Department introduced safe distancing measures to minimize activities and exposures among vendors and buyers in Myoma market in the town of Gangaw, Gangaw township, Magway region.

 

Obeying the measures, vendors started selling vegetables keeping their distance at least three ft. apart this morning. “We sprayed disinfectant at all corners of the market in the last two days and places for vendors was set yesterday to ensure they are three feet apart from each other. We take these measures in order to help all sellers and buyers in the market avoid the risk of the deadly virus,” said U Nyan Oo, executive officer from the township development affairs department.-144
