A woman was killed and other two men injured when a 12-wheeled truck hit a car in PyinOoLwin Township, Mandalay Region.
The accident took place at about 10 a.m. on September 11 near milepost 22/2 on the Mandalay-Lashio Road near 21th-Mile Village in PyinOoLwin Township. A12-wheeled truck crashed into a car after the driver lost control of the vehicle. A woman from the car died on the spot and one man and the truck driver were injured in the incident.
The deceased and injured people were sent to Mandalay General Hospital and action has been taken against the truck driver over reckless driving by the police.
