High school in Chin State’s remote township gets new facility

Construction of a new building in the compound of a high school (branch) in Tongzan Village in Chin State’s Tedim Township has reportedly been 100 percent finished.
    

The facility measures 120 ft. in length, 30 ft. in width and 12 ft. in height and is of a one-stprey steel structure. The school structure was built by a private construction company at a cost of K 144 million allotted by the government in the fiscal year 2019-2020.
    

Construction of the facility began on 23 December last year and was completed in October this year, said U Darl Kyint Paung, headmaster of the school.
