With the aim of boosting the income of local people and their socio-economic status, loans for emerald green project were dispensed to members of village emerald green project committee in Paekhin Village in Htigyaing Township, Sagaing Region yesterday.
Staff from the township DRD led by assistant director Daw Aye Mon Htet disbursed a total of K 34.3 million to members of village emerald green project committee in the village on a door to door basis.
Daw Aye Mon Htet and members distributed funds of emerald green project to members of village emerald green project committee in line with COVID-19 health guidelines set by the Ministry of Health and Sports amid the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic.—Hmwe Kyu Zin
