Police members from the township Anti-Drug Squad searched a passenger car near Mile Post 80 on Muse-Mandalay Road in Naungcho Township, Shan State yesterday and confiscated 1380 stimulant tablets and a mobile phone from a passenger, identified as Soe Min Htike, according to the information released by Myanmar Police Force.
The authorities filed charges against Soe Min Htike under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.—MPF
