With the aim at saving time and money, the Township Department of Rural Development is implementing a rural road in collaboration with village development committee in Pannyo Village in Wuntho Township, Sagaing Region, and now, all the projects were completed by 100 percent, according to an official from the Township Department of Rural Development.
The gravel type road measuring 3000 ft. in length, 12 ft. in width and nine inches in thickness was constructed with Ks. 10 million of DRD’s allocated funds.
Now, the road was completed by 100% and it will benefit 236 local people from 55 households in the village, according to U Myat Myo Tun, staff officer of the Township DRD. —Hmwe Kyu Yin
